01 Real turf or artificial?
Real turf is cooler underfoot and cheaper up front, artificial stays green year round with no mowing or watering. We install both, so you get a straight answer on cost and upkeep for your block rather than a sales pitch.
02 What turf varieties do you lay?
Mostly Sir Walter buffalo, Wintergreen couch and Empire zoysia, which all handle Perth sand and summers well. We will recommend a variety based on your sun, shade and traffic.
03 When is the best time to lay new turf in Perth?
Autumn and spring are ideal, but with correct watering turf establishes year round here. Artificial lawn can go in any time.
