Good to know
01 How many soakwells do I need?
It depends on your roof area, soil and the surface water you need to manage. As a rough guide most homes need one soakwell per two to three downpipes, but we size every system properly during the site visit rather than guessing.
02 Will you have to dig up my whole yard?
No. We trench only where the pipework runs, protect what we can, and reinstate as we go. Most residential soakwell jobs are done within a day or two.
03 Poly or concrete soakwells?
Poly is lighter and suits tight access and smaller loads. Concrete handles driveways and trafficked areas. We install both and will recommend whichever suits your site, not whichever is easiest for us.
